Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Trust Connect, a property-transaction platform provided by Nexeor Creative Technologies (“we”, “us”). By using the platform, you agree to them.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and not interfere with its operation or other users. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Platform role

Trust Connect provides technology and workflow tools. It does not provide mortgage, financial, legal, estate-agency or investment advice, and does not guarantee the availability, suitability, valuation or completion of any property transaction. Obtain independent professional advice where needed.

User content and data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it to operate the service. You must have the right to submit any content and personal data you provide.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse. We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be notified through the platform or this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you another right.
